Insight provides a complete range of independent consultancy services addressing all aspects of information security, business continuity and risk management at both technical and management levels.
We deliver projects with a team of over 75 experienced consultants recruited from both commercial and public sector organisations. Many individuals have either current UK government security clearance or have been security-cleared in the past.
Insight helps and advises clients in a pragmatic manner by reviewing, for example, the effectiveness of existing security measures before making recommendations for change. We can approach assignments from either a top-down perspective - addressing the totality of a client's IT infrastructure or business operations - or through specifically focused engagements addressing previously identified areas of concern or risk.
Insight adopts a risk-based methodology to all projects and draws heavily from its extensive experience in the application of BS7799 and development of CRAMM.
Quality Management
Insight has implemented its own Quality Management System (QMS) and appoints a Quality Manager to monitor the progress of all client projects. Some of their key responsibilities include:
- Providing independent quality assurance on all deliverables before they're issued to clients
- Ensuring that contingency cover is provided for all consultants assigned to a project
- Providing input to engagements and, where necessary, attending client review meetings.
