Policy Monitor 2.0 is a dynamic, browser-based tool that will allow your organisation to effectively manage the complete policy lifecycle.
Policy Monitor can be accessed by any employee using a standard Internet browser
Using its integrated policy management features, policies can either be uploaded or generated directly on the portal. Each policy can be assigned owners and approvers and policy reviews can be automated and diarised.
Once policies are approved, they are disseminated electronically to staff or to specific groups. Staff are then requested to read, understand and accept each policy.
A full audit trail and supporting management reports generated by the reporting and monitoring features will identify areas for concern and provide evidence to auditors that your organisation's policies are effective.
